Who I am

This is more than a job to me, it’s my passion and mission. As a pelvic health physiotherapist, personal trainer, and online coach, I am dedicated to helping women overcome pelvic health challenges, especially after pregnancy and childbirth. Whether it’s pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, or other postpartum issues, I believe everyone deserves access to evidence-based physiotherapy to improve their quality of life.

My journey into pelvic health started years before I officially specialised. I knew this was my calling, and everything clicked when I had the incredible opportunity to be mentored by an experienced physiotherapist who believed in me and opened the door to this field. Since then, I’ve combined my passion for movement, rehabilitation, and education to help women regain strength, confidence, and vitality.

I’m also a fitness enthusiast at heart! I love teaching group fitness classes and thrive on creating an energetic and supportive environment. My personal fitness journey includes completing Tough Mudders, competing in bodybuilding competitions, and playing netball. My next big goal? Competing in a Hyrox event!
